We at The Chosen One Project believe every child that ages out of foster care or Veteran that finds themselves homeless deserves safety in stable housing and supportive services that will assist them in building their future.
OUR MISSION
The Chosen One Project is commited to the 700 young adults that are aging out of the Foster Care system yearly and those Veterans who've served our country and now need assistance in reintegration into cilivian life. TCOP will provide resources to include - scholarship and educational resources to achieve the next level goals in education, as well as resoucers for medical and mental assistance, and other wraparound supportive care for each individual.
